• Respect other participants — Keep displays within your assigned space and do not block neighboring booths or walkways.
• No roaming solicitation — Hand out candy and materials only from your assigned spot.
• Follow setup and teardown times — Arrive and depart within the times provided in the confirmation email.
• Electrical requests are limited — Bring outdoor‑rated cords and surge protection; power requests may be denied.
• Keep pathways clear — Maintain clear aisles and follow event staff directions for emergency access.
• Trash and cleanup — Remove decorations and trash before leaving.
• Photo policy — By participating you agree the City may use event photos for local promotion unless you opt out.
• Health and safety — Follow event staff instructions; the City may alter or cancel activities for safety or weather.

Failure to follow these rules may result in denial of entry, removal from the event, or loss of future participation privileges.
