How it works
- You need to be logged in (join for free) so we can follow up with you.
- You will get an email confirming we received your request, with a reference number.
- The Mayor and City Secretary review every request when preparing Council agendas. Under the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Council can only discuss items that are on a posted agenda, so not every request becomes an agenda item.
- Agendas are posted at least 72 hours before each meeting on the Meeting Documents page. Sign up for City Alerts to be notified.
- To speak during public comment at a meeting, sign up on the sheet at City Hall before the meeting begins.
